Halal food and Muslim travel notes
Restaurant meals along the route are halal and reserved before you arrive. In Hanoi the itineraries include Al-Noor Mosque, the only mosque in all of northern Vietnam, and in Ho Chi Minh City you can visit Saigon Central Mosque. Where a specific meal cannot be certified halal – for example on some Halong Bay overnight cruises – the tour page states it clearly and we arrange seafood or vegetarian dishes instead.

How do we travel between the regions?
By private car for the shorter legs and short domestic flights for the long ones, depending on the route. Each tour page lists exactly which transfers and flights are included.
Is the food halal for the whole trip?
Restaurant meals on land are halal and booked ahead along the whole route. On a few specific meals, such as some Halong Bay overnight cruises, certified halal food is not available; the tour page states this before you book and we arrange seafood or vegetarian dishes instead.
Can I start in Hanoi or in Ho Chi Minh City?
Both. The packages below run in each direction, and any route can be reversed or adjusted when we customise your itinerary.
When is the best time for a Vietnam tour?
Vietnam works year-round because the regions have different seasons: roughly October to April is the most comfortable window in the north, while the south is warm all year with a dry season from November to April. Tell us your month and we shape the route around it.
How far in advance should I book?
One to three months ahead is ideal, especially for travel between October and April and around holiday periods, so we can secure your preferred hotels and cruise cabins. Shorter notice is often possible; just send us your dates.
